  • Attend and solve the service complaints allotted on daily basis within 24 hrs.
  • Regulate and maintain critical spares in the toolkit within specified limit to meet the customer requirements instantly.
  • Escalate/Highlight to BSI and Area coordinators to solve specific problems un-solvable by self, follow up action and ensure closing the complaints for the customers.
  • Visit dealers and distributor counters as per the list provided by ASC on weekly basis for effective service delivery and report back to ASC in the prescribed format.
  • Defectives spares from customers have to be handed over to the Branch Incharge on the reporting day (critical spare handed over to the same day.)
  • Strive to achieve Service Level Policy for all the registered complaints within specified time-limit.
  • Strive to create a good working relationship with all customers, dealers and distributors while dealing with them.
  • Strive to achieve the seasonal target fixed by the management in different spears of service.

Diploma/ITI with min 1 to 3 years of exp in servicing of home appliances/equipments in any organization/shops preferably in Kerala, Age below 30 years, Freshers will be considered for Trainees.
